Coaching is not therapy – it is about creating a strong, positive mindset, better controlling your emotions and your mind.

Training designed so you are mentally, strategically and emotionally prepared for your challenges.

Initially, we focus on developing your vision.

You will be assisted to set specific, measurable, attainable and realistic targets to help make that vision a reality, developing the necessary skills and dedication to consistently improve your personal best.

We use techniques that lock your attention on the actions and steps necessary.

By the end of each session, you will be clear about what to do, when to do it and can measure your success, step by step, as you are assisted to stay motivated and on track.

To get what you want means commitment – you will be guided through a process that can transform you;
where self doubts are addressed, enabling you to close the gap between where you are, and where you want to be.

We will identify your limits, blocks, challenges and missed opportunities and set goals that are a ”true” reflection of what you can achieve, bringing out your best.

How long does it take?

Depending on your unique goals, it is recommended to commit to weekly 30 minute phone sessions until you reach your goals.

The initial face to face session will focus on getting to know each other and your goals. Your goals will define how much time is necessary.

Step by step challenges are set, with each achievement working toward fulfilling your vision.
